An Agile Coach is a professional who helps companies and teams transform their culture towards agile models. It is a profile that has to have a vision of the entire organization and whose primary function is to lead the adoption of agility, define the strategy, train the workforce, motivate them and guide them throughout the process so that the company adopts it an Agile culture.
